Delivery

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. We cooperate with many international express companies which can ship to any country worldwide. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, usually it takes 2~3 days for European orders, and 5 to 7 days for global orders. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

We provide free shipping for UK orders and low shipping cost for other countries as well. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns
Therm La Mode manufactures and delivers only the best quality goods to customers with 12 months manufacturer warranty for all products. However, if you would like to return any of the goods delivered, due to damages in transit, then you can send us an email: sales@thermlamode.com within 7 days of receipt of cooler with mention of the reason for rejection and your bank account details. We can decide as per company discretion to provide spares for the damaged/non-functioning spares or will recall the goods and transfer the paid amount to your bank account within 15 days.

Change or Cancellation
You can modify or cancel any of your orders before the order is dispatched by calling our Customer Care department to make the required modifications or cancellation to the order. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled by email. In case of order cancellation, would be charged and rest amount can be transferred in your account details given during cancellation of order.
